Implementing Capacity Building Program for Teacher Educators

Today, we are closing the 3-day training session on the capacity building program for teacher educators. The training sessions were facilitated under the leadership of Eve Eisenschmidt, Professor of Educational Leadership at Tallinn University and a well-renowned education researcher at the European level.

The training sessions focused on two topical issues concerning: (i) teacher leadership and teachers’ role in school improvement and (ii) supporting students’ development and effective learning that triggered productive discussions and opened new pathways for understanding the new teacher professionalism.

Participants from the Faculty of Education in Prishtina, Gjilan, Gjakova, and Mitrovica attended the workshop.
