The capacity building program for teacher educators drafted

In a workshop on 29 January 2021, the QATEK project organized a seminar with representatives of all participating partners in the project. The purpose was to review the first draft of the capacity building program for teacher educators for the Kosovo participating institutions in the project. The program will consist of the modules on: Teacher leadership and school development; Social dimension of education; Didactics in teacher education; Competence based approach to teaching and assessment; Research methodology and statistics; Writing scientific articles. The program will start implementation in June 2021 and end in December 2022. In addition to lectures from the EU university partners in the project (University of Ljubljana, Tallin University and LUMSA University), there will also be readings and assignments for certification purposes
